Rollie Gilliam
Quality Assurance Analyst, Tribal Wide
My name is Rollie Gilliam (III) and I am motivated to assist the Seminole Tribe of Florida’s (STOF) Center for Student Success and Services (CSSS) in my role as the Quality Assurance Analyst. It is my desire to serve as an advocate for the tribal community by utilizing my skillsets to examine the resources offered by the CSSS. My primary goal is to provide high quality service for the tribal member’s educational and professional needs. I hope to inspire others to take advantage of the benefits from the following programs: Library, Tribal Professional Development (TPD), Tutoring, Higher Education and K-12. They have helped mold me on my pathway to success and I know the endless possibilities for the future leaders of the STOF. The reason being? I am a product and alumni of the Student Work Experience Program (SWEP), Work Experience Program (WEP), and Emerging Leaders Program (ELP), formally known as the Advanced Career Development (ACD) program.
I have a Master of Science in Criminology and Criminal Justice and a Bachelor of Social Work, both from Florida Atlantic University. Recently, I became a Certified Six Sigma Green Belt via Broward College. My professional resume includes working for the STOF at the CSSS, the Preschool Program and interning at Broward Meals on Wheels. Being a steward of leadership, I am humbled and honored to enhance the CSSS’ programs and the tribal member experience.
Beyond the Dorothy Scott Osceola (DSO) walls, I am dedicated to maintaining health, staying active and watching basketball.
