My name is Josh Padgett, and I am a highly experienced professional with over 20 years in higher education. Throughout my career, I have held various roles that have allowed me to develop a deep understanding of the industry and the importance of continuous learning. 

My outlook on education is rooted in the belief that it is the most powerful tool we must drive personal growth and societal progress. I believe in the transformative power of education and continuously strive to make a positive impact on the lives of learners. I place a high value on teamwork and collaboration. I firmly believe that the best results are achieved when individuals with diverse skills and perspectives come together. Throughout my career, I have actively sought opportunities to work in multidisciplinary teams and have successfully collaborated with colleagues from various backgrounds.
