My name is Darian Cypress-Osceola. I am a proud member of the Seminole Tribe of Florida. I am the oldest of three siblings. At a young age, libraries and working in a quiet setting always seemed to catch my interest. I made the decision to apply as a Library Aide at The Dorothy Scott Osceola Memorial Library. I am eager to gain experience I know that will help me if I were to become interested in working in another state or location.
I attended Beacon College where I earned my Master’s degree in Humanities and Studio Arts. I am interested to attend school again for an Arts major. In the meantime, I am spending more time with my family and enjoying a multitude of different activities during my off time. Some of these activities include drawing, reading, writing, photography, sewing, video gaming and exercising, as well as learning new things.
